All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Bangkok, Thailand. De Claire offers complimentary delivery throughout Thailand, while international shipping is calculated separately at checkout according to the destination and order size.
De Claire offers complimentary delivery on all orders within Thailand.
Bangkok & surrounding areas: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Other provinces: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.
De Claire ships internationally from Bangkok, Thailand to selected destinations worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and number of parcels required.
International Delivery Credit
For international orders of $450 or more, De Claire offers a $50 complimentary delivery credit, automatically applied towards the international shipping charge at checkout. Any remaining shipping balance will be paid by the customer.
Each international shipping box can accommodate a maximum of three garments. Orders containing more than three garments will require additional parcels, with shipping charges calculated accordingly. The $50 delivery credit is limited to one credit per qualifying order, regardless of the number of parcels required.
Estimated international delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside De Claire’s reasonable control.
